We invite you to participate in the First Bio-Regional Symposium on Guinea Pigs, an event specially designed for the rural and neo-rural community. This symposium aims to delve deeper into the benefits of raising and consuming guinea pigs, offering valuable knowledge about their benefits for health and the local economy.
In addition, we seek to lay the foundations for the creation of the first cooperative of caviar farmers in the region, with the aim of promoting an environmental movement that promotes the care of the moors through a transition towards sustainable livestock farming practices.
